Terms of Service

All goods are listed subject to availability and orders are accepted at the discretion of RW Randall Ltd.

Products supplied may be altered or cancelled without prior notice. 

All goods should be examined upon receipt and any loss reported to the company within that day of delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained.

Ownership of the goods to be supplied shall remain the property of RW Randall Ltd until the buyer has paid in full all monies outstanding to the company.

If for any reason, other than a justified quality complaint, goods have to be returned, the labels, capsule and bottle have to be in perfect condition to be accepted. Vintage must be the one currently selling. Cases must be returned unopened and undamaged, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Settlement of accounts is required by the last day of the following month. Failure to maintain payment by these trading terms will result in further orders being suspended until the account is settled.
