Orders

All goods are offered subject to availability. All orders are accepted at the sole discretion of RW Randall Ltd.

Goods will be invoiced at the prices in force on the date the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damage or defects must be reported to RW Randall Ltd on the day of delivery. Failure to do so may result in any claim being rejected.

Returns

Except where goods are being returned due to a valid quality complaint, all returns must be authorised by RW Randall Ltd and received in their original, unopened condition. Opened cases or cartons will not be accepted for credit. Goods must be in perfect saleable condition, and wines must be of the current vintages listed for sale by RW Randall Ltd.

Payment

Title to, and ownership of, all goods supplied shall remain with RW Randall Ltd until payment in full has been received for all sums owing by the customer to RW Randall Ltd.

Settlement of all invoices is due no later than the last day of the month following the invoice date. RW Randall Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of the Bank of England Base Rate plus 2% per month, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.

Failure to pay invoices in accordance with these trading terms may result in your account being suspended, and further credit or supply of goods and services withheld, until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
